Integrate ADC Data with API

Problem
Currently, ADC data is provided in CSV format. The manual handling of CSV files is not scalable and creates inefficiencies for system integration.

Goal
Convert the existing ADC CSV data into a structured API format.

Map all relevant CSV fields into the correct structure within the Skulytics system.

Ensure data consistency and standardization across all fields.

Implement proper API access control to ensure secure and restricted access.
